Name the next application
State whether the proposal concerns produce contact, non-food storage or another use. Give the receiver the actual design and known history. Keep ownership and return instructions with the lot.
Ask the responsible team to assess
Document condition, missing parts and uncertainty. Food-contact suitability must be checked for the actual materials and use; a clean-looking container is not proof. Do not convert a general reuse goal into an unreviewed packaging decision.
Keep another route available
When reuse is not appropriate, confirm local recovery requirements and transport. Keep unlike materials separate and avoid promising a payment or free collection. Record what the receiving operator actually accepts.
